Expertise

Nicolas Durand advises and represents corporate and private clients in all areas of commercial law. His area of expertise includes inheritance law and estate planning as well as contract, commercial and corporate law. He advises and represents clients in litigation and arbitration. He represents clients before all Swiss authorities and courts as well as in arbitration proceedings.

Career

Nicolas Durand studied law at the Universities of Zurich and Aarhus and graduated in 2014 with a Master of Law. In 2017, he was admitted to the bar of the Canton of Zurich.

Before joining our firm as a partner in 2023, Nicolas Durand worked at Nobel & Partner Attorneys at Law (formerly Nobel & Hug and Nobel & Baudenbacher) from 2017 to 2023. From 2010 to 2015, he worked in the legal department of a leading Swiss legal protection insurance company and at a Zurich district court.
