Werder Viganò stops the killing of wolves in the canton of Valais

Werder Viganò obtains an immediate halt to wolf killings in the canton of Valais on behalf of the environmental organizations ProNatura, WWF and BirdLife. On December 11, 2023, our partner, Gregori Werder , filed an appeal with the Federal Administrative Court on behalf of our clients against a decision by the Federal Office for the Environment, which allowed the preventive shooting of certain wolf populations in the canton of Valais. The appeal has suspensive effect, which is why the wolves in question may not be shot until the Federal Administrative Court has issued its ruling.
